Dr. Mitch Olivieri brings a lifelong passion for dentistry and a genuine commitment to patient care to the Hunsaker Dental team. Originally from Orange County, California, Dr. Olivieri knew from a young age that he wanted to become a dentist. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences.
What Dr. Olivieri loves most about dentistry is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients while helping them feel confident in their smiles. He takes pride in combining his hands-on skills with a compassionate, team-centered approach to care, creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of the office, Dr. Olivieri enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors. Whether he’s hiking, camping, fishing, paddle boarding, or snowboarding, he loves adventure and exploring new places. He also enjoys weightlifting, golfing, and traveling, with a dream of one day going on a safari in Tanzania.
A former Starbucks barista, Dr. Olivieri is also a big sports fan, cheering on the Chargers, Lakers, and Dodgers. When he’s relaxing, you might find him enjoying salt and vinegar chips, cookie dough ice cream, or watching his favorite movie, The Prestige. He also has a unique hobby of collecting pocket knives.
